Not everyone likes fancy HUDs that change everything around.
I bring you an enhanced default TF2 GUI with just these nifty features:
-Moved the TargetID Box when you look at allies (or foes as a Spy) to the region around their feet instead of the screen center.
-Shows numerical health values when looking at allies, foes while disguised and in killcam.
-Transforms your tiny, red and hard-to-read damage numbers into bold, yellow, easily readable damage numbers.
-Improved Disguise, Build and Demolish menus for Spy/Engineer
-Replaced annoying bell-hitsound with classic Quake 3 hitsoundWorks on sv_pure servers.
This is awesome, thank you so much for helping move that ridiculously placed Target ID popup, the one that pretty much closes off your view when a team-mate stands between you and an enemy...
ADD-ON: So much for your Update. I grab the Version 12, tinker with the hudlayout.res file to get the CTargetID where I want it on-screen, post a nice comment to thank you for your work in supplying the modded HUD files but unfortunately can't get hold of the Version 13 archive. Funny thing the number 13, unlucky for some and seems that way for me too...

Rejoice, I have updated this. As a general rule of thumb: You can even use an old version of this HUD but it won't have any new HUD-features that have been added meanwhile. In this case, the Virtual Reality options were missing.
Please, a simple HUD that deletes the TargetID bubble - the pop-up that shows your team-mates name when you aim at them, or that of the medic healing you - or at least moves it to the bottom of screen.
EDIT: This is it! Just what the sniper ordered!

- Doesn't mess up the default HUD.
- Makes the default HUD much, much better.
- According to Choccolatino the Pip-Boy doesn't work.
- Maybe make a thingy that you can change the color of everything. Like brosel HUD sort of.
- Make the Pip-Boy work if you haven't already.
- Love how the build and destroy PDAs don't cover the entire screen.

Your list of teammates isn't being changed by this HUD. The only possible culprit could be hudlayout.res being outdated somehow.
This is gonna disable some of the things like TargetID-at-feet, but: temporarily delete hudlayout.res and report back if the problem still persists.
If no, I'm gonna update hudlayout.res - if yes, then you must've installed a scoreboard mod or valve screwed up somehow.
