A Mod for Team Fortress 2

Below is a list of all updates to Robocalypse (MvM Expert Tour).

  • Killing a Soldato Originale now triggers a procession of 6 Giant Flare Pyros with Medics
  • When all Giant Flare Pyros have spawned, Capo Deflettore appears
  • Soldato Originale: increased airblast resistance to 80%, reduced rage generation to 25%
  • Capo Deflettore: reduced health on kill to 6000, reduced rage generation to 15%
  • Wave 6
  • First part is now comprised of 3 subparts of one 40,000-HP Tank, 2 Giant Rapid Fire Soldiers, 1 Giant Burst Fire Soldier, 1 Giant Burst Fire Demoman and 1 Giant Deflector Heavy-Giant Medic pair
  • Giant Buff Soldiers now have +50% fire rate bonus
  • Added Spy support (2 Spies every 30 s)

  • Wave 4
  • Replaced Giant Blast Soldiers with Giant Black Box Soldiers, with nerfed recovery on hit (+400 HP/rocket, down from 1000)
  • Wave 6
  • Replaced Giant Burst Fire Soldiers with basic Giant Soldiers
  • Teutonic Thrashing
  • Wave 1
  • The Heavies at the end now only require that the Soldiers have finished spawning
  • Wave 3
  • Removed 2 Conch Soldier-Burst Demo squads, increased spawn interval to 8 s
  • Removed 3 Axemen; they spawn now one bot at a time every 5 s
  • Last Tank spawns earlier (after 20 s, down from 30)
  • Wave 4
  • Only 8 squads of Bowmen spawn, one squad every 8 s
  • Removed Giant Blast Soldiers; 4 Steel Gauntlet Pushers surround each Giant Flare Pyro (replacing the separate Steel Gauntlet subwave)
  • Moon Cadets no longer have boosted movement speed
  • The Giant Heavies no longer heal upon killing players and 6 spawn in total; 2 Giants max alive at once
  • Wave 5
  • Shortstop Scouts replace the Ultra League Scouts
  • Bison Soldiers now start spawning when the Shortstop Scouts have finished spawning (instead of the death of the last Major Crits); spawn rate slightly decreased to 1 squad/12 s
  • Captain Flare health increased to 45,000 HP
  • Wave 6
  • Support is now made of squads with one Steel Gauntlet Pusher (leader), two Demomen and two Bowmen; spawn interval increased to 15 s
  • 5 Super Bonk Scouts spawn at the end (from 3) but have their standard Bonk recharge rate
  • Wave 7
  • Backup Soldiers no longer have boosted damage

  • Rocky Massacre
  • Wave 1: Toned down Soldier & Demoman squad: 36 bots total, 6 every 10 s
  • Steel Gauntlets appear again every 5 s, same rate for basic Heavies at the end (Melee Scouts should appear sooner)
  • Wave 3: Increased Giant Battalion Soldier starting delay to 20 s and Bison Soldier spawn interval to 12 s (reload bonus removed as well)
  • Wave 4: Samurai Soldier and Axeman spawn interval increased to 15 s (and one Samurai removed from each squad)
  • Added a 3rd Giant Pyro squad and a 40,000-HP Tank, replacing the Major League Scouts
  • Pyros are relegated to support and lose their bonuses
  • Wave 5: Each Soldato Originale follows a different path when exiting the cave
  • Ultra League Scouts removed, Steel Gauntlet spawn interval increased to 25 s
  • This means that 200 credits have been moved from wave 5 to wave 4
  • Wave 6: Giant Flare Pyros removed
  • First part completely remade: several pairs of Giants regularly spawning (including a Giant Medic), support bots spawn every 15 s, Tanks have 50,000 HP (one every 80 seconds)
  • Second part: last Tank and Super Scouts appear later
  • Teutonic Thrashing
  • Wave 3: Super Scouts appear sooner in part B
  • Wave 4: 10 Bowmen removed from the beginning (4A-1); 4 Steel Gauntlets and 8 Swordsmen removed from the intermediate part (4A-2)
  • Moon Cadet spawn rate reduced to 6 bots every 10 s, 12 max
  • Wave 5: Removed damage bonuses and guaranteed crits on Captain Flare; its flares are 35% slower
  • Wave 6: Replaced permanent Engineer support with a frailer, stealthier Engineer support starting once the first part is over; support bots spawn every 12 s
  • Replaced trio of Giant Charged Soldiers with a Giant Medic healing the Giant Deflector Heavies; four squads appear at this stage
  • All Giant Medics in the second part no longer launch Übercharges
  • Super Scouts at the end are of the Bonk variant and use the pre-nerf recharge rate; only one trio appears once the Giant Heavies are dead

  • Added Shortstop Scout subwave to wave 3 and removed 5 Heavy-Medic pairs as a consequence
  • Changed wave 5 starting outputs so that the bosses can't be put into the pit
  • Wave 5 changed: all non-giant bots are support except Ultra League Scouts; Bison Soldiers removed

  • Removed Soldier support in wave 3; FaN Scouts now appear in groups of 5 (15 max)
  • Removed Demoman support in wave 5, making Black Box Soldier as only support (appears since the beginning now in groups of 5, 10 max)
  • Inverted support order in wave 6: 5 Shotgun Heavies (10 max, every 20 seconds) appear first, 4 Burst Fire Demos (8 max, every 30 seconds) follow later
  • Removed Scout support in wave 7 (15 Demoknights max in this wave, same rate)
  • Teutonic Thrashing
  • Persian Swordsmen in wave 2: 30 total, appear every 15 seconds, crits removed
  • Crits removed from Concheror Soldier, Burst Demo and Giant Rapid Fire Soldier squads in wave 3
  • Axemen in wave 3: appear every 15 seconds, 6 max active
  • Super Scouts in wave 3: 3 max active, appear every 10 seconds
  • Part 4B-1 (Burst Fire Giants section): starts 10 seconds after the beginning of the wave
  • Part 4A-3 is now a support section; Scouts removed
  • End of wave 5: Samurai Demos removed, Bison Soldiers relegated to support and fire rate bonus removed
  • Increased Captain Flare's speed penalty to x0.4 (20% slower than before)
  • Reduced the two first Tanks' health to 40,000 in wave 6

  • Steel Gauntlet spawn rate and normal Heavy count reduced in wave 1
  • Tank health reduced to 36,000 HP and Colonels Barrage changed to Giant Burst Fire Soldiers in wave 2
  • No more damage bonus on Bison Soldiers in this mission
  • Giant pairs in the second half of wave 3 now wait for the previous one's death to spawn; Bison Soldiers become support bots
  • Only one trio of Giants active at most in wave 4 except Giant Pyros; FaN Super Scouts removed
  • Really changed support count in wave 4 this time
  • Support more frequent in wave 6; Giant-Tank cycles are shorter but final Giant Rush is more scattered

  • Like at Rocky Massacre, normal Bison Soldiers lost their damage bonus and got increased fire rate instead
  • Added Giant Medic groups to wave 6 and reduced Tank count while increasing their health; only 5 Super Scouts spawn in a rush at the end

  • Huge rebalance patch
  • Rocky Massacre Wave 1 remade, notably with a procession of Giant Heavies and the inclusion of Über Medics
  • Rocky Massacre and Teutonic Thrashing provide fewer credits
  • Support appears generally less frequently
  • Rocky Massacre Wave 4: fewer Giant Medics, Giant Bonk Scouts replaced with Major League Scouts
  • Mechanical Rebellion is now a mission without any credits: they are neither granted at the beginning nor dropped by robots
  • Boss is still a Chief Heal-on-Kill Heavy, but greatly nerfed
  • Teutonic Thrashing Wave 1: Über Medics heal Soldiers, Tank health reduced
  • Teutonic Thrashing Wave 5: Flare boss renamed "Captain Flare", less HP, damage and rage absorbed
  • Teutonic Thrashing Wave 6: Giant Scout bursts added to the wave

  • Removed reload rate bonus from the Brigadier Banner bosses and reduced their clip size to 6
  • Brought back Bowman's damage penalty in early waves
  • Replaced the Giant Flare Pyros in Rocky Massacre's first wave with Giant Rapid Fire Soldiers, Giant Rapid Fire Demomen and Giant Heavies; removed small bot's bonus
  • Modified Mechanical Rebellion's first wave: second Giant pair spawns after 50 seconds, toned down Soldier robots
  • Rebalanced final part of Rocky Massacre's fourth wave
  • Replaced the Pyro + Bowman groups in Rocky Massacre's fifth wave with Moon Cadets
  • Reduced Commandant Flare's fire rate bonus to +70%
  • And a few other improvements

  • Buffed Samurai Soldier's health to 750, but reduced attack bonus to +50%
  • Modified Ultra League Scout: wears now the Bonk Leadwear and the Essential Accessories, health buffed to 600, +40% size (instead of +30%)
  • Buffed Soldatos Originales' regeneration to +100 HP/s
  • Buffed Daimyo regeneration to +250 HP/s
  • Giant Bison Soldier: -200 HP (now has 3800 HP), speed penalty to -30% (from -50%)
  • All Mannhattan Wave 4 bosses have +75 HP/s regen rate; Boxing Champion has 5x damage bonus
  • Mannhattan Wave 5 boss changes: name is "King Tavish", wears the "King of Scotland Cape", HP buffed to 45,000, regen rate at 150 HP/s, removed bullet resistance
  • Buffed Rottenburg Wave 5 boss (Flare Pyro) regen rate to 150 HP/s
  • Buffed Rottenburg final boss (Lunar Chief) HP to 75,000 and regen rate to 300 HP/s
  • All missions have been rebalanced, including the removal of tanks in the final waves of Bigrock and Rottenburg missions
