Alright, let's try this again. I modded Zelda this time. My goal with these mods are to keep the feel of the character while also making their gameplay smoother. I try to go about this is in a minimalist manner, changing things slightly (for the most part). Smash 4 is already very well balanced, but it does lack some good character development, so I hope to fix some of those issues bit by bit. If you have any criticism or opinions I'd love to hear them, I just ask that you don't rate and not comment, that doesn't tell me what I need to improve.

Patch notes:

Run Speed increased from 1.3 to 1.35

Initial Run Speed increased from 1.6 to 1.65

Air Speed increased from 1.04 to 1.15

Air Acceleration increased from 0.055 to 0.1

Nair last hit KBG changed from 130/130/110/110 to 100/100/70/70
Nair landing lag decreased to 17 frames from 19

Fair damage changed to 15/6/6/6 from 20/4/4/4
Fair sweetspot stays out for 2 frames longer
Fair sweetspot increased from 1.9 to 3
Fair BKB changed to 24/50/50/50 from 24/50/50/50
Fair KBG changed to 95/80/80/80 from 95/80/80/96
Fair landing lag reduced to 19 frames from 23 frames

Bair damage changed to 15/6/6/6 from 20/4/4/4
Bair sweetspot stays out for 2 more frames
Bair Sweetspot increased from 1.9 to 3
Bair BKB changed to 28/55/55/55 from 28/5/5/5
Bair KBG changed to 96/80/80/80 from 96/80/80/96
Bair ends on frame 50 from frame 52
Bair landing lag reduced to 21 frames from 25

Upair comes out and ends 15% faster (so it starts around frame 11.9 and ends around frame 13.6
Upair damage reduced to 15 from 17

Dair sweetspot is active for 1 more frame
Dair size increased to 6 from 4

UpB Damage on 2nd hit lowered to 6/3 from 10/7
UpB Angle 2nd hit on grounded and aerial changed to 20/20 from 361/55
(I touched up on one of the properties that should have allowed zelda to be able to start controlling her fall immediately, but the variable doesn’t seem to do anything in game because I don’t notice a change. I set the value to 1 frame from 20 frames.

Dowltilt:
Two hitboxes now. One on Zelda’s right leg and one on her right foot.
Leg Attributes:
Bone=9, Damage=5, Angle=361, KBG=80, FKB=0, BKB=50, Size=4
Foot Attributes:
Bone=B, Damage=5, Angle=180, KBG=32, FKB=20, BKB=0, Size=6, Effect=1A, Trip=Yes, Hitlag=1.2

SideB:
Max travel time increased to 10 seconds (600 frames) from 50 frames
Frames where damage grows with distance changed to 60 from 50
Acceleration of projectile increased to 0.1 from 0.065
Terminal velocity changed to 6 from 7
Maximum curve of the projectile is now 3600 degrees from 74.5 degrees (makes it be able to go in multiple circles.)
Detonation time decreased to 8 frames from 15



Stuff that I would like to go in the future:
-make Din’s fire not put Zelda into the helpless state
-Allow Zelda to be able to move horizontally after using Farore’s Wind
-Figure out what the heck makes changing anything about Zelda make the phantom crash the game when it gets reflected.
DONE!!!

    I also fixed Zelda not being able to move after her Up B! which will also be part of the patch.

    A new update for this mod is coming out soon, the changes will be:

    Landing lag on all aerials reverted to normal
    -Fair autocancelable after frame 30 from 50
    -Bair autocancelable after frame 30 from 52
    -Nair autocancelable after frame 32 from frame 38
    -Up air hitboxes smoothed out so where the move will always consistently come out on the same frame. Will be from frames 12-15 from 11.9-13.6 (The original change was stupid)

The discord I have has subsections for each character for suggestions and shows completed and in progress mods.     Now that the snafu with Zelda's phantom and her final smash crashing the game is over I am going to try and figure out how to accomplish some of the fine-tuning that I would like for her to have. This would be everything that I have in the TODOS list. If you find complications with the mod shoot me a message and I will try to fix it as soon as possible.

    Recently a fix for Zelda was posted in the smash 4 modding discord and I'm supposed to run it on Zelda's param file to fix the missing data that makes the game crash when her phantom is reflected. For this to happen though I need to learn how to mod on smash forge now and I'm not sure where to start. If anyone has any recommended video tutorials that can show me how to start using the program I'd love for you to share them.

    -I am trying to see about changing her ending lag on both her Up Bs.
    -Her nair already autocancels up to frame 3
    -I'm not too sure about giving her another kill option, she already has a lot of setups for kills as well as a backthrow off of her grab that became better due to her increased movement speed. I think that for right now I'll keep her uptilt as a combo tool. Thank you for the suggestion though!
