Here is the Navigation Mesh for another fine office-themed map [cs_isku](http://css.gamebanana.com/maps/94730) by ICS (released May 2009). It's a completely created from scratch and fully hand-tuned .nav-file (because in original mapauthor's release was included simple auto-gen).
This Navigation Mesh was hand-maded at 80% and optimized very carefully.
Well... bots use almost all possible ways now. Except for couple of very hard-to-reach spots where people to reach quite difficult also (for example to rise from the street to transition between buildings over a high box or to jump from a building window on a ladder lying on the container). But I think we will forgive them it - they are a robo-killers instead of robo-equilibrists! :D
