No longer crashes when you jump on the 300-point giving rail.
Adds a control-stick locking dash-panel and cage (to prevent clipping through rail after panel) to the rail which caused the jump-on-rail-crash Pyramid cave had. Controls will be locked for 100 frames (about 1.67 seconds at 60 FPS) but you can still jump, without it crashing. The crash *seems* to stem from having access to movement not inputs (i.e. I think it wasn't the 'jump' that caused the crash *but* the control data related to the control stick inputs).
Can confirm for those curious, yes dash-panels DO work on rails in SA2 despite never being used that way BUT they cause you to clip through the rail, if editing files yourself found putting a crate/cage below the panel prevents the fall-through.
NOTE: only adds 2 objects to a set file and is a super minor change, therefor if know what you're doing and don't want to clog up your ModManager I recommend just copying the set file into your gd_PC folder. The 2 new objects are at the top of the list so if need to revert can just delete them.
