Cloud Trail Redesign

An Effect Mod for Super Smash Bros. (WiiU)

A few months ago I put out a poll that people could vote on to determine who out of the cast could use a new design for their trail. Cloud was the victor with Roy being 2nd (hence why a lot of "trail week" seemed to be oriented on him), so I spent the following weeks working on a brand new trail design for Cloud that was as close to the original colors as possible. After a ton of labbing and a failed initial design, I finally came around to getting this completed just in time for the last upload of "Trail Week"!
I'd say it came out pretty well. If I were to change something about it, I'd work on the large dark patch near the beginning of the trail and turn it into a different fade design, but I'm satisfied with this iteration of it.
Climhazard and LB came out really well, the forward smash textures giving me some pain but otherwise the same end result.

If you know me well enough, I've said this phrase a million times and I still stand by it:
"It looks fantastic in game play, not the best in pictures". I'm a huge advocate for displaying more than just 1 frame at a time, so I went ahead and prepared a short little video of it in use (and some of Melee Link too, coincidentally)- feel free to check it out.

FINAL UPLOAD of "Trail Week"
It's come and gone. Nice while it lasted, yeah?

HEADS UP
For those of you who would like access to my 3DS Max model templates, feel free to join my Discord Server, Sm4sh Trail & Effect. It's a rather laid back and calm server that lurking is almost encouraged in- you'll get exclusive thingamajiggs that I don't put on GB, get to learn about the process in more than just the video format on here, and hang out as well. I'm usually around for questions should you have them.

Is there a way to merge colored trail mods with this one so that it can have the same outline but a different color?

This trail is as edgy as it is s m o o t h. Fantastic work on this design, it's one of my favorite of yours. Your Cloud play is also on point I'd expect as much from someone who works on sword trails as often as you do.
