I've been trying to get this done for a long time (probably more than half a year) but I could never get past the rigging phase. I was planning to have this as my first ever model import and it goes over Luigi. To this day, I still couldn't master rigging, preventing me from making many of the mods I've been planning to make. I'll eventunally learn how to rig but for now I'm struggling quite a bit. Since I haven't touched this for about 2 months, I decided to just put it in the castaway section in the hopes someone would finish this.
As I said, the rigging is far from finished. Most of the body is rigged but it's a very simple rig so it looks very bad, and there are quite a lot of rigging problems I couldn't fix. The hands are also unrigged and single-binded. In the work files the eyelids are still there so you can use those for blinking expressions. I have no clue on how to make the mouth morph so that mouth expressions can be made, which is another reason why I gave up on this. There's also an issue with the feet: when Tiniest Turtles helped me with vertexing and sent the vertexed model, the feet were actually fused and the vertices that would've overlapped were missing, so I had to take the feet from the regular model and fuse them with the legs. Select Element did not work because it selected the entire model. However, the feet were considered separate models by Forge and they looked detached from the legs when rigged. I tried to fix this but couldn't.
I put some of the most recent work files I had in the download. (Not sure if these are actually the ones I edited most recently but they should be) They were all saved with 3DS Max 2015 and there are also .fbx's and Noesis .dae's included.
I did manage to get what I had working in-game so the model file for that is also included and you can just use the skin if you really want to, but it looks very bad. It also has no expressions or metal model. There's also CSPs included (using one of Nibroc.Rock's renders), as well as a nameplate and voice mod.
The 14th Doctor made the voice mod. Tiniest Turtles helped me with the basics of model importing and rigging. Make sure to credit both if you ever happen to publish this to GameBanana in a finished state, as well as Nibroc.Rock because he is the creator of the model.
Also if you have any questions about this or want to finish this I recommend contacting me on Discord.
