I'm basically done with the hack work, already made a test-compile but it seems that I have to re-assign some joints as there are some problems with the arms during the movement.
The skin is not started yet, the only model part whose skin is final is the night vision; therefore when criticizing please stay on the model.
The model is based on the CSS Urban CT default model, if you think that this one is lowpoly than you have to think the urban model in CSS is lowpoly too ;)
The model is a bit low poly. Try to smooth it maybe or do something becase in my eyes it just seems a bit low polygon.

Regarding the sleeves, there will be two versions: one with bare arms and one with sleeves.
The only problem I see is that you have to add some awesome texture and some good normals.And it would be better if you could make it with sleeves...
