    As ippe said, your noise pattern is too strong on the normal map. Imo, you can pull off a perfectly good plastic texture with just the diff, spec and gloss map.

    Also, part of the grip has a pattern of a sort.

    Grippy texture is way too sharp and contrasted. At least the normal map is.
