Had some problems with low-poly model and baking. They're solved now, and i got it finished.
Also, i've added some text (screen B).
Just scope left to do and it will be ready to release.

Nice, just use smudge on those normals and AO, and you can fix part of it.
I already got it fixed and combined AO from low-poly mesh with AO from high-poly.

Yep, it's helpful. i do this before baking. It helps to avoid some specular artifacts in future.

Yep, i know about that, i try to fix AO. But those errors are in the places which will actually unvisible in-game.
And i haven't any problems while baking normals with the same cage projection setup.
it seems that there is something wrong with projection cage, that red things in AO map are caused because of that
Apart from editing the normals map, edit the AO map as well. Those holes you have everywhere would make everything look better if they were black.
Ontopic; Bake seems to be pretty good. You had some sharp edges on the hp, but its alright since its mostly around the rear sight. Great job overall :p
