I think the best way to perfect your animating is to act out your animation with your hands. Then compare your motions to your animation and try to mimic the movements you made IRL.
Animating is like texturing in a way.
When I was super horrible (now I'm just horrible) I just opened the texture files and observed. You should do the same for animations. Watch other people's. Don't copy them by using videos, but install a skin with some good animations, and view them through sdk. Compare what you've done to the other animator. See if you can achieve what he's achieved and ask others for help, not only crits. Crits only help you get what others want, not what's best.
You won't get instant experience from people giving you critics. Watch tutorials and experiment until you will get good enough motion...you won't become good animator if you don't see what's wrong with your work.
