    It'll put a slight blue tint to the reflection, i used it to bring a bit contrast in color :]

    Not sure, but I believe it means that it'll reflect that colour better than any other colour... So that the reflections are realistic...

    Or its the opposite way round, it'll reflect the opposite of that colour better... Not sure... :S
