The following is strictly forbidden:

• Involuntary alert scripts, such as when the user loads the profile or leaves it.
• Involuntary redirection scripts.
• Any code designed to abuse, interfere with or confuse the user.
• Any code that sends user information via XMLHttpRequest() or a similar function to a remote storage location without the expressed permission of tom.
• Any code that discreetly or without adequate warning subscribes a user to a service or casts a vote.
• Any malicious code designed to harm the user's computer.
• Any code designed to consume excessive CPU or memory.

1.1 Modules

The following is strictly forbidden:

• Commenting out essential modules.
• Hardcoding modules to mimic dynamic modules.

1.2 General

The following is strictly forbidden:

• Hidden autoplaying music.
• Improperly configured autoplaying music (that will play even for those who have disabled autoplaying music in their Control Center).
• Background colors that deliberately hide the fonts above them.
• Misleading links.

1.3 Non-Ripe Members

The features included in the Ripe subscription are not free. Non-Ripe members are not allowed to mimic the components that other members had to paid for; that includes the profile Uberstyle, tBar and Sidemenu.

1.4 Non-Compliance

Non-compliance will result in all custom elements in the profile being reset. Repeat offenders may be de-Riped, banned or have their studios, clans or games deleted.
