ReadMe enclosed, comes with a free copy of yaz0enc.

This id say is a gimped importer, your stuck with what texures exist and can import less or equal to verts and tris.

For MK8 Most driver models are in content\driver\ and have a layer of compression, so id recommend yaz0dec or uWizzard(Mine mod to the original)

Karts are in content\kart and separated into parts.

Included LOD killer script just run on a bfres to elimate your lods to allow for perfect experience. (This may introduce lag.)

    I get messed up bone weights when I go in game but in 3ds max the bones move perfectly do you know what causes that?
    Also I get this type of problem with my models in game:
    Do you know what causes that its fine in 3ds max and its not a texture issue it only shows up like this in game.

    I look forward to your updates to this tool :)
