FPSBanana's Reccomended Anti-virii Software

I, XSS3, have no affiliation with any of the mentioned anti-virus providers.

My professional opinion I work as a security consultant freelanser for any company or private person requiring my services and who is willing / able to pay. That being said, I'm sure you'd agree I have some knowledge of the average anti-virii program as I deal with them, and the people who create and update, them on a daily basis. With that "authority" I would suggest you get one of the following:
  1. NOD32
  2. Kaspersky
  3. Avast
  4. BitDefender
Normally, any of the ones listed below will do, but those are the best programs out there. If you're prone to receiving virii, or getting hacked, I suggest you stay away from Norton, Norman, Microsoft and F-Secure. Those programs are sufficient for your average user, but they have some serious flaws that can easily be exploited - even by a script kiddy.

Avast Download Price: Free, (extended pay-for versions availiable)

AVG Download Price: Free

BitDefender Download Price: Free, (extended pay-for versions availiable)

Computer Associates Download Trial Price: $39.99

F-Secure Registration for Trial download Price: $69.99

Kaspersky Signup for Trial download link Price: $59.95

McAffee Signup for Trial software Price: $39.99

Microsoft Download Trial Price: $49.95, (covers up to 3 PCs)

NOD32 Download Trial Price: $64.94

Norman Trial Download Signup Price: $24.51

Panda Software Signup for Trial download Price: Unknown (I'd appreciate the information if you have it!)

Symantec Trial Download Signup Price: $29.95

Trend Micro Trial Download Price: $49.95

Zone Alarm Trial Download Price: $19.95

Is any of the information wrong? Are there new versions availiable? Requests? Please message me!

    I use McAfee

Comes with comcast, and it catches most anything i may get. Haven't had any problems with it. Not like norton where it trys to control a lot of your internet functions.

I use McAfee as well but my dad pays 40 bucks a year for it. My dad tried cancelling but they keep taking money.

    I also recommend Avast.

Norton sucks, but I use that. I couldn't stand McAfee anymore, and everything else costs money.
