I was trying to fix the D1-Destruction sound mod, but I can figure out why it always has a static sound, I tried changing the frequency and it still didn't work. and I don't really know much about sound mods so any help is appreciated.

    It's so distorted because it's supposed to go to the Wii u and it's trying to play Wii u sounds
    It needs to be remade for 3ds. That's at least what I was told

    I thought that too, until I made it for 3ds and it still did the same thing, in some ways it was worse.

         Because some of the Sound Effect and Voice mods for Wii U make the sound file a lot larger than the original. 
         If you were to use the Wii U's sounds on the 3DS, it would eventually, but still, cause the same effects  (loading each sound-bank one after another). This is because the more amount of memory the sounds take up, the less they work well, and thus ends up either distorting or deleting other sounds that should be loading into the temporary memory that a Wii U-based mod would be taking up.
