How do I make a set event in which a prop is "thrown" in the air?

Here's what I'm trying to accomplish:
If the player tosses a specific item through a specific window, I want the item to be thrown back in the window, at the player.

How am I going to do this without spending hours tweaking phys explosions hoping they accurately fire the prop at the target?

    There's a dumpster in that one EP2 map with the see-saw bridge that has a fast zombie in it that does exactly that.

    No, I hadn't thought of that. Is it directional at all?

    I haven't worked with trigger_pushes much, but they do have a "Push Direction" keyvalue, so it might be just what you're lookin' for!
