Difference between "Complaints" and "Bugs"?

What's the difference between "Complaints" and "Bugs"? I can't tell because I've seen many "complaints" that look more like "bugs" to me.

    Complaints are usually about certain individuals and their behavior (I.E., someone trolling you) or just something that doesn't really seem to be necessary on the site (I.E., having a certain group be present when they have literally done absolutely nothing to contribute to the site, be it skins or other submissions). Bugs are, as the name implies, usually about bugs on the site (I.E., certain messages appearing in a poll that wasn't placed by the poll creator or certain functions not working as they were intended).

    Bug: This site feature is broken

    Complaint: I don't like this site feature.

    Support: Any issues with submissions, users and pretty much anything that requires the attention of a moderator/admin that cannot be flagged (that isn't a bug obviously).
