OK. Long short story: I'm working here:

My job consist in taking out yarn reels (about 8 KG of weight), each one with one hand, replacing with empty reels... et cétera. The thing is that in my working place we have rotating schedules, meaning that we have a working time of 7 days (suppose I enter to work at 6 AM, I go out at 2 PM), then we have 2 days of rest, then my schedule changes again (taking the previuos example, from 2 PM to 10 PM of the next day).
Now I got a schedule from 10 PM to 6 AM, and I'm afraid to fall asleep. The job is pretty hard and I need to be awake and strong. I am thinking of buying 2 or 3 cans of red-bull drink and take them in the middle of the working time.
But my doubt is the next: Will it help me? Does it have a long-time effect? Would 1 can be enough? Will I be even more tired when the working time finishes?
I've never drank this kind of stuff because I've never seen the use of it. But now I must rethink about it.
If someone who drinks this stuff could answer me I'd rally appreciate it.
