Let's not turn this into a flame war, shall we? If someone's post doesn't fully justify the rating that was given for the submission, don't just attack them for no reason and turn it into an argument. All that does is create a mess for us (the admin/moderator team) to clean up. Keep your posts related to the submission, and stop bickering with each other over what someone else says. If it's really that big of a problem for you, report the post and leave it at that; no need to respond and continue an argument, as we will take care of it from there. All you do by responding and continuing the bickering is just risk getting yourselves in trouble as well, so knock it off. - Ganryu

It could've been great, and I'd like to say something to help you improve, but all I've got is that it just doesnt look like you put the most effort into it and all these glaring visual flaws just scream "rushed"
When first saw this I was like "wow this is kinda cool," looking back now tho... well it's not the best but definitely not the worst, Idk much about texturing so I won't repeat what others have already said but Ik that if you ever come to this you can definitely touch it up and make it a mod worth 10/10. The concept is great now just work on executing it.
I've seen worse textures its not too bright it doesn't look like its made in paint like a lot of the textures I've seen so seriously wtf is with the BS 1/10 ratings have any of you seen something worth a 1/10? I guess not but hey I haven't seen anyone rate who has anything to suggest their opinion is worth something.
Okay, just to let everyone know, this was a test to see how the whole "Cosmic" thing worked. And turns out, One of you loved it, most of you noted issues that can be fixed, and three of you just treated it like it's a fidget spinner in a lava pool. You all may have opinions, and I do myself. But if there's one thing or another, let's say that a familiar green hat brother is next in line...
Did you copy paste over every single texture? Not to be rude here but Modder to Modder This is just lazy and you did event fix the eye brow and mustache. Thats how you can tell that you didnt try. Whyare some parts white and some other parts more blue? You could have atleast edited the the way the texture was on him. Or edit the texture it self. Or even got difderent textures. And there are too many skins like this. Why not over sonic or wario or even duck hunt. But honestly. This ould have been better than what it is
Not the worst, but not really great. Here are a few things you can try to improve it.
-It appears that the textures do not cover the entire mesh's UV area at some points or something. You can see black patches on some meshes, such as Mario's eyebrows and mustache like in the first image.
-The stars are very jarring because they are not uniform in size. The ones on his face and clothes are rather small, but the ones on his gloves and shoes are really large, for example. His shirt and hair is almost devoid of detail. Having the stars closer in size would make for a better appearance.
-More uniformity would make for a better appearance. For example, his left overall strap is nearly black, while the other is blue. Try to make him the same dark blue overall. No pun intended
-There are reddish patches on Mario's face, ears, nose, etc. This is fine for regular Mario because it's indicative of blood under his skin, but it damages the consistency of Cosmic Mario's blue coloration. I suggest looking into materials to get rid of it if you can.
