Breath of the Wild Link has been remastered to fit with the Sm4sh art style.

-Hair has been re-made from scratch.
-Shield edited to match the BoTW Hylian Shield
-Belts, Sheikah Slate, and face models ripped directly from BoTW, and have all been edited to fit the Sm4sh aesthetic.
-Tunic and other model parts taken from vanilla Sm4sh Link

Includes all the UI goodies. Everything should be TexID fixed, but always run the MassTexID script to be safe.

You can find all the full res renders here:

This looks amazing. As a BotW fan i can notice some small annoying things, like the length of the sword (i dunno, it just doesn't seem right) appart from this, it is a great model. Keep up the good work Nanobuds! I give it 9/10

Question? Could I put the original over any other slot like the normal blue link costume?

I really appreciate this kind of feedback! Let me elaborate a bit on why the tunic looks the way it does.
The model is the exact same as the Sm4sh model. I wanted to keep a high poly model with good UV mapping. The original BoTW Tunic model was low poly and mapped poorly.

As for the bump mapping, the normal map does have the creases and folds, but for some reason normal maps don't always turn out well with imports. For some materials, like shiny metallic ones, they work perfectly. For more dull materials, like ones used for clothes, the normal maps don't work out the way they should. We don't know the cause to this, but as soon as I find out a fix I plan to update the model.
Here is a screenshot of my normal maps for the tunic, so that you can see that it indeed uses folds and creases. Its the exact same as the normal map on the Vanilla Link model, with only a few minor edits.

As for the CSP, the head is the same size there as it is for the in-game model. It is smaller than the original BoTW Link head, due to me having to shrink it to match the WiiU Link's head bones.

Again, I really appreciate the feedback, its exactly what I look for when I release my mods. I'll be sure to use it when I go update the model in the future!
Huh, I didn't know there was an issue with certain materials not working with the normals. I guess there's still a lot we don't know about Smash 4, unfortunately.

But I'm glad my feedback was helpful!

It's nice to see a BotW Link that resembles Smash 4's art style. However, there's a couple things that threw me off with this skin.
For one, as already mentioned and stated in your Todo list, the hair doesn't look right. Part of it is the blurry-ness, but the color also looks too dull. The hair color looks a lot better in the portraits.
On the subject of portraits, they look really good. My only nitpicks with them are the size of Link's head (looks a bit squashed down) and the Master Sword handle looking all deformed.
My final gripe is with the tunic. It looks... puffy. As in it looks a lot thicker than both the ingame tunic in BotW and Smash 4 Link's tunic. Part of the problem seems to be the model and the shading making it look fluffy, but I also noticed that there was a lack of detail in the tunic in terms of bump mapping. Most characters' clothing have various wrinkles and creases, like where Link's belt pushes on the tunic. The absence of these details makes it seem out of place in Smash 4.

I do like the direction you took this import, it's an awesome concept! But it could use some work. I'm not too well versed in importing, so I don't know if any of this is because of limitations or lack of tools/knowledge of how Smash 4 works, so if that's the case please forgive me. But so far, in my opinion, this is the best BotW import for Smash 4!

I'm assuming he's referring to the CSP numbering rather than the actuals skins themselves.

Looks great! The only thing is that while I know the hair is custom made, something about it... kinda throws me off. But for being custom made, it's pretty impressive.

EDIT LIKE LITERALLY SECONDS AFTER THIS COMMENT WAS UPLOADED: Just the To-do list, I guess that was the problem. Excuse my ignorance, haha.
