Smaller MP5 mags

They used to be big, but now they're not.

There once was a small list of issues with the game and its items, this was one of those items on said list; I am, of course, referring to the MP5 magazine, which in world model view is enormous, probably as big as the MP5 itself. Well, no more, I've made readjustments that I feel make them fit more with the MP5 world model (though maybe not perfectly).

  • Smaller mags, about the same size as the world model's magazine (see screenshot 1 for comparison)
  • Based off view model magazine, so a lot more detail (though the lod might kick in too fast)

    Strange, it works fine for me; perhaps, if you can, you should compile it yourself.

    Like with a '$selfillum'? Of course, any 12 year old can do that.

    Also, I'm not sure that's the reason they're so big.

Thanks for responding anyways though, much appreciated.

    7Zip keeps giving me errors about compression methods, and it also make hl2.exe crash when loading saves. I'll have to flag this submission with a corrupt archive if it isn't fixed.

    It's working fine for me, so it can't be corrupted, I'm not sure about save loading though, I know the game can run with it because I had to make the screenshots, though I can't see how it would corrupt saves (I got hunches though).

    So after testing, I cannot replicate any of your complaints; I guess I can only give you some small advice then: don't open the archive, just extract it somewhere instead.

    That doesn't work with 7zip either. However upgrading it to the alpha allowed it to extract it without errors.

    Nope, I don't have winrar and I don't plan on doing so any time soon, I can make it into a '.zip' instead.

    Still, how come you get this error and I don't? What version are you using? What Windows do you use? Did you install it with administrator rights?

    aw, nevermind, it worked in the end :P
