This mod FULLY converts Quake 3 Arena to CS1.6 game servers.

Originally I developed this epic mod in 2011.. but a few months ago i decided to recode it from scratch, making it more professional so it can manage itself. Now on map start the mod will vote which game mode you would like to play. Free for all, Team deathmatch, Capture the flag, or Random Weapon Arena.. This mod is specifically designed for mappers.. let me explain. On map start the mod will scan the map file for specific entity names and targets. If the map detects the correct entities, it will automatically spawn epic quake items and jump pads.. giving your entities special function and giving you mappers more options in your goldsource CS1.6 maps! Here are a list of entities.. info_target entities : weapon_rocketlauncher weapon_grenadelauncher weapon_railgun weapon_shotgun weapon_lightning weapon_plasmagun weapon_machinegun weapon_gauntlet item_quad_damage item_health_boost now for the trigger_multiple entities used for jump and push pads. Currently the mod is 100% in it's development. The only thing we can use are some talented mappers who are interested in the project. I spent 10 days trying to buy the Mod. Author firstly agreed to sold mod completely but starting from next day started to ignoring and postponing the deal. When I gave up.

BTW he doesn't sell full source code for 60$: core Mod plugin is compiled and weapon plugins are open.

Thanks bud. The mod has come far from that early beta video footage. It's truly quake in cs1.6 .. the only difference is now we have cs strafe physics and can move faster in the air which makes it awesome. And now we have an influx of new custom made quake style maps.. its just an awesome project and im proud of it. I love to see mappers contributing to the mod. It's turned out exactly how i planned it. :) This mod was literally designed for mappers.

I might be a bit late, but, judging by gameplay vide, this mod looks well made. I haven't played quake arena, so I cannot compare to original even trying at your server.

Oh i see. He bought the mod for his community. It's a spanish speaking community so its all been translated to spanish for his server.

Ya my official chinese server hasnt really gone official yet. im waiting for sorpack boss to install her forum plugins and other things before we announce it on sorpack site.. and yes i never coded BFG yet becauses its too OP xd.. maybe i will code it later. few small things left to be made but nothing that will be hard for me to do :)

I played your official server .. none joined ( I joined many time but none was there...) a little lag (maybe cuz it's a little far away .. i haven't actually tasted the quake 3 gameplay there .. sometimes i died but not respawned
and why there's no ammo cubes just like quake 3 .. and i think there is a missing weapon too ... the BFG10K is missing (Weapon)
