Just fyi, this model is not textured. i know you applied a material to it in 3ds max, but textured here means someone's already made a skin for it, and if it's not UV mapped then it's not textured.
as for the actual model, it's not bad, and the nails and spikes are a nice touch. the concept is great, but the execution is not as spectacular.
as it stands, its fairly low poly. the spike on top could use some more polys (unless its supposed to be a pyramid shape, then nvm) but the metal bit on the bottom is in need of serious attention, lol. it could stand to be smoothed out and resized.
also, the handle seems a bit fat compared to the top of the club. the hands have to wrap around it snugly, so if it were to be compiled or animated then the whole club would hafta be shrunk to fit the hands, which would make the top really tiny. just make the handle skinnier and it'll be much better :)
lastly, for rendering (i'm assuming youre using 3ds max, btw) press F10 and you can even use the default settings and get a much better, smoother, and anti-aliased render to make ur model look all sexy-like
hope that helps! make a V2, cuz like i said, i like the idea behind it but the execution of that idea needs a little work first. but keep it up, practice, and enjoy what you do and you'll see yourself getting better over time :D
