Medic went to India or something
A katara is a type of push dagger from India, and the only reason I know of its existence is 'Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction'; still, it's a pretty neat weapon.
This weapon is for the Medic, not because it suits him, but because of his melee animations; though I guess giving the Heavy two of 'em could also work.
As it is right now, the placement still needs some fine tuning, or not; the materials need one hell of an improvement; the skin families ought be implemented, I was going for a ruby or Padparadscha for RED and blue sapphire for BLU, and that's just the start of it; the edge is made of shiny colorless metal (steel or whatever they use in India), the handle is either brass, or any other yellowish metal.
