Dunno if you are the one i should be asking this, but you are only admin i know... gamebanana got a lot of custom player skins for css but they are all 90% just retextured valve terror and ct models, hardly a few custom made models. I got some very interesting terror and ct packs that aren't here on gamebanana and i would like to share them but i'm not the one who created them... so i'm asking you if you could explain to me how to submit them and what to do regarding the credits i would be very thankful.

Indeed. Further you should credit all the other involved people, if there are any. For example the creator(s) of the model(s), texture(s), sound(s), etc.
