XSI Mod tool is free and comes with the valve tools which allow you to export .smd files for models and import .vmf files for reference.
Solution to that is either use Player clips or re-compile the model with a custom collision mesh.
That would be the default collision mesh created to 'wrap' around the entire model as a custom one wasn't made. So a diamond shape in the case of the palm trees. Just disable the collisions in the prop properties and it should be fine.

I only have one comment about the detail and ambience. I love it.
The other thing i have to say is the lack of 3d skybox+millions of 4-sided brush work surrounding the play area= lower frame rates than could very well be much higher.
take the brush work from behind and create the 3d skybox out of that! just read a quick tut. Say i think i may have one right <a href+"http://www.fpsbanana.com/tuts/1573>here you should read!

Ok man im real stupid and this is the last thing im gona ask you, do you know how you can take a regular css map say awp_india and edit it to your liking with hammer editor?
