Why was your Drill Sergeant's Hat trashed?

Hi, i noticed that some of your works are pretty impressive, i was wondering whether or not you would be interested in helping the progress of a small mod called OccupationCS: Source, check it out on MODDB here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/occupation-source... as you can see we are pretty low on the modeling and mapping talent, currently have Teh snake helping on the team, we may be shifting gears a bit from modern combat, possibly to a more western style, if you are interested add -[NFJ]- Skinned Revenant on steam, i am not the only person taking part in this mod, there are two others, their names are Joff and OccupationG

How are you making these models so fast? I've been using 3ds max for 2 days and I cant find any tuts on how to actually make a decent model, instead of a cylinder as weapon.
