It would've been a valid rating, if it wasn't because the skin is submitted as a Shotgun skin, and not a Widowmaker. I'll trash it right away.

I can see some of your sound mods are only for people who memorized TF2's file locations.

Please fix this. Your sound mods are great but I don't know where to put any of the files!

      ok

one guy said he is gonna do it, but he didn't reply to my post+instructions.

so stay tuned just in case

also I have a question, I hexed the sniper model from tf2 to use a different skin, and I want the model to use the hatless version of the sniper, how do I make it do that?

Well got any more news bcs I'd like to start on something new! Hatless version will require some tweaking in the compile not sure how to do this via hex. You might want to ask someone else who's more familiar with TF2 Models.

Yes, even if you have given proper credits, it's still copyrighted.

Read the Sound Rules, it's clearly stated there that sounds taken from movies and television fall under copyright laws and are not allowed. :)

      doesnt fair use apply here?

It most definitely does apply here, and it also states in there that acknowledging the source of the copyrighted material does not substitute for obtaining permission. It is also stated that the first factor is regarding whether the use in question helps fulfill the intention of copyright law to stimulate creativity for the enrichment of the general public, or whether it aims to only "supersede the objects" of the original for reasons of personal profit.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's the way I understand it.
