For props on zm maps I make them "props physics override", and then set the mass scale to 1. That way zombies cannot glitch through them so easily.

My map reviews are unrelated to my maps (as I don't write reviews for them), and I'm aware how far they are away from 'great' maps. I do not 'hate' new mappers, however one could face a barrier to further develop if he or she is unable to accept / learn from constructive criticism.

Thanks for the comment, I was expecting it from someone sooner or later.

I'm busy at the moment and will edit my message here to present my argument.

I believe your complaint is related to the review I made here.

    EDIT:

First of all, I'm certainly not the best mapper around. At least on my own I'm unsure if I would be able to create maps as popular as some of those that I have rated 9/10 or above, including: de_syksy, de_dust_sun (except those shadow errors), de_napa, and de_spezia. If you've made a map as good as any of those or de_casa (haven't had time to review it properly), you would not have got the comments I listed on your map de_3rdSupplyBase_64p.

If you read the reviews I have written in the maps above you will see what sort of maps would get a 9/10 or above from me and other reviewers.

With regards to the comment being harsh to tinke90, he has recently told me that he is making improvements to his map. I left those comments because he has ignored a number of recommendations from different reviewers in previous submissions and continued to submit maps without exploring new mapping techniques.

However, it is true that I was running out of patience with tinke90 as he kept coming back with maps of the same quality, but this is no longer the case.

Finally, in addition to the comments I have left on the review to your de_3rdSupplyBase_64p, there is little point in submitting a map if you aren't intending to have it hosted on game servers (as you noted yourself that you didn't spend much effort creating it). There is also little point uploading maps if you are unable to accept constructive criticism / feedback.
