We don't inform people and wait for their reply before trashing something; if a submission is illegal, there is no discussion - it is trashed immediately, always. If I didn't do it, another moderator or administrator would've done so.

If a submission is trashed, you still have 24 hours to access it before it is completely removed. You could've downloaded it during this period of time. Congrats on noticing that a moderator has the ability on trashing submissions, stop whining and get over it. If you don't want to come back, simply write a PM to an administrator like Xero, they can close your profile.

Those are not ported from CS1.6, they are simply the old CSS playermodel textures, skinhacked to fit the new playermodels. It's from the same game, perfectly legal.
