Just delete ALL the "wsnipawp" files on models/weapons folder of CSS. Most world models cause inconsistency (you'll keep the first person view ofc)

That Gauss Rifle AWP is from Stalker SoC. I got it from garrysmod some time ago, there's probably a better version by now (with scope or something). Have in mind it was released for Gmod, so the folders are probably out of order, and the models are with the wrong name, not sure.
