I'm "only" the compiler. I can't give permission on my own as there is loads of work by other people included, you'll have to ask them all. Also, you should give the link to the official homepage.

I dont really plan on making any sort or program apart for hacks.
Try checking the internet for some basic program source code.
Look for source codes and learn from them.
