I think your def missing a step then.

Get rid of the +ip 111.222.333.444 thats only if you have multiple ips assigned to your computer which you probably dont

Well are you running the server straight from your own computer or are you using a server provider.

If you type status in the server console window you can pull up your ip of the server.
