Hey,

For the flashlight you wouldn't put it inside of a .cfg.

What you would do is go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME\day of defeat source\dod\materials

Then you would drag the .vtf file (flashlight001) into your 'effects' folder.

If you don't have an 'effects' folder, then make one with that exact name (without the quotation marks.
