As all that was credited was someone "making the image popular" on youtube by using it, and it was under special thanks, while nothing...not 1 credit was left for the original artist

The last L4D2 skinning contest was won by that "Zombie Slayer AN94" skin, said skin is a studio release, being different persons the makers of the textures, animations, and model.
The question is, is the prize given to everyone who participated in the skin creation?
Decided to ask you since you're the one who takes care of the contests. :)
The prize is shared between the users, although each user will also get a smaller reward for taking part.
