Okay, I won't charge you for this lol, So you have your main picture without a shadow. Go in the the blending options and select drop shadow. Add another blank layer and hit CTRL+SHIFT+E. Then once its in one layer, right click the picture of the layer in the layer menu and hit Select Layer Transparency. Then go to channels. Click the button that has a white circle with a gray background on the menu. Now go to the bottom of the channels menu and click on the last channel. Hit CTRL+SHIFT+S and save it as a Targa(TGA) file. Import it to CSS and you're done!

Yeah, I'm not too sure bout that. I've settled my eyes on a 20'' SyncMaster, 1280x1024 res, 2ms response time. It's pretty much the same as the first one, but with a smaller maximum resolution and it costs 100€ more.
