For starters it's not a suggestion, suggestions are related to the site, this 'idea' is not.

Foremostly you're not sending out a solid idea here, just a thought; "what if HL2 looked like that?" is discussion material. If you want to make it seem like a concept, you should rephrase it to something like "Black Mesa looks cool, HL2 should look cool too".
