Yes, I used original Garry's Mod 13. If you use earlier, you're using cracked, and I can't really help you there. Installing is as simple as following the instructions posted on the download page.
nope,iam using GM13 original..... but,its not working,i know how to install it,but still not work :( simply put, find the particles folder in gmod, put the particle manifest in it, go up a directory,and drop in the bloodp folder
