Well, when I did the hard way of doing it the shotty worked fine but my other weapon textures came up black/purple and so did the medkits

When I did it on easy the game crashed loading No Mercy, I can see one purple/black texture in the cam

I noticed your post on Killergp's page, you seem to have the same problem as me

Just find someone else's shotgun skin that has the .vpk in the .zip, then rename your .vtf's to the corresponding skin.
