Well, just look at the way you expressed your opinion: "What the fuCK??????????????????// Why the hell is this rated so bad, its better than many stuff that get 10/10 after 30 ratings, omg remove the ratings of those who didnt vote this 9+..." If you could've used something like this :"This skin is so overrated", or "This skin shouldn't be rated below 10", etc, i bet people would've agreed with you.
