WTF

You seem confused regarding the rating system here. That's OK, most people are. Here's how it works:
- If a person who rates leaves a comment, the rating is marked as "justified" (or normal)
- If a person rates and does not leave a comment, the rating is marked as "unjustified"
- The skin's submitter can only remove unjustified ratings. A "justified" rating can only be removed by a moderator, and only under certain conditions (usually when the rating is low and the comment is trolly) - The system is based around feedback. As one of our moderators said (taken from a thread in the forums):

Member: also theres one more thing that bugs me, if someone is constantly getting negative feedback, and can simply remove the ratings why have a rating system? they can get nothing but 1/10 for days then someone decides to go off the deep end and give them a 10/10 they can remove all the negative ratings and keep the 10/10, this is something i just cant understand personally, and kinda nullifies the entire rating system.

Moderator: Feedback is not rating the submission. If this is what you believe please by all means LEAVE. If I rate something 10/10 or 1/10 I have NOT left any feedback that the author can use. All he knows is an arbitrary number. You MUST LEAVE AN ACTUAL COMMENT on a submission for it to be called feedback and to justify your rating. If you couldn't be bothered to write even two sentences about what you downloaded then why should they bother to keep the rating among others who have done so.
