Posted 2 years agohey there. a friendly hint cause that happend to me. you must not flag a submission if it is just poorly done. only when it breaks the rules. effortless 5 minute work isn't reason to flag something. just give a poor rating and justefied feedback why you think something sucks so much. if you keep on flagging stuff for invalid reasons you risk of getting gagged from the flag section.

Okay but the skin DID look realistic.
no problem, but please select the "overall" part because that pretty much sums it up giving a low score to a section thats not even in it give a somewhat unfair rating. :) btw its meant to be a cartoony(tf2 styled) cole phelps haha
