Hey good morning from the US, that error that person is having is an error even people that bought the game have sometimes. I looked it up and it seems to be that the map name is not corresponding to the maplist.txt file.
Not really. The error is due to his version of the game only supporting BSP V19. BSP V20 is supported in all new version of the game, and is what the map was compiled in. It is practically impossible for a Steam version of the game to be that much behind.
