About the ratings, well, his content is actually useful. Yours? More optional, and if it is optional, it usually falls on the quality on them if a person wants to download them. To be honest, the quality is lacking in your content.

Here's a word of advice; Do not submit overlays! If you create a reskin put effort into it, no one wants a desert eagle with paste-over flames.

You can find good tutorials for skinning pretty much everywhere. Once again; Please don't submit overlay skins!
