Do you still have your hi poly of M4 Sawed off? I want to compare it to ensure that I didn't made a mistake with the low poly optimization..

So, I bake. When I see the result in shader, some edges are wavy. How to solve this?

Well, thanks for your exemplary post, too bad you don't get exemplary. But here's thing I know, consider I'm less experience in modeling.
Models are in quads(only few section are tris) since you can't make quick loop in other than quads. Do you mean random cuts and connections are bump and details for models? Well, those bump I made is a floating geometry, so I don't really attach it to main mesh, let the normal do the details, right? Also I confused about too sharp edges, is there any example in my latest WiP about sharp edges?

What do you mean by Retopology?
How do you make quads to tris? By creating diagonal edges in every quads?
LP Smoothing? You mean normal smoothing instead of turbosmooth right?
Last is LP Support Edges, what is that and how do you create it?
