Anyone and everyone is allowed to come here and give feedback on submissions along with upload their own work to have people view, comment download etc. We don't discriminate for any reason let alone someones idea of 'quality'. That didn't turn out well for Elfa.
You can simply ignore submissions you have no interest in, I know I do.

yes, i did. ok well sorta... but i get it. but its friggen true! his submitions r really bad and eveeryone wants him to stop. r u saying u want him to flood this site with bad skins? i though this was supposed to be the 'ultimate game customization site' or sumthing like that.
