Each site enforces the rules to their liking. We don't support ported content not because we don't like but because Valve has stated that it is illegal. Oh, and that skin from CSnation (the one in tom's profile) was one of my ports (yes, i compiled that one when ported material was allowed at FPSB). It was posted there without my permission and they didn't even add me to the credits. I'm pretty sure they are not aware it's a port.

CSS content ported into CS was allowed on FPSB a while back. We contacted Valve and asked them about it and they told us that porting CSS weapons to CS is illegal. That's why we no longer accept ports at FPSB.

I hope you understand why we no longer allow that sort of skins.
