I see you also messaged other people. People flagged your skin(s) for the reasons others have told you already. Anyone can make simple skins like those.

I'm usually not the first person to flag a skin. Usually when I check the recent skins/prefabs/what-have-you, if I see something that has been labelled as "Flagged", I personally go in and flag it as well to further help the flagging process.

So you flag things just because others flag it without seeing it for yourself?

I saw it. It looked like crap. I could've done the same thing in 20 seconds, which is about 40 seconds less than how long it probably took you to make.

When you submit something that looks like it took about 30 seconds in MS Paint to make, it's going to get flagged.

Frankly, there's no need to start tracking down the people who flagged your submissions, and throw hissy fits in their comments. That kind of crap will probably get you banned from GameBanana quite quickly.
