Hey, how is the skatehall coming out? I would so be up for that since I love skating. I think you should add those gmod props...You know those skateboards in the map. Tell me how the map is coming out, post up a WIP.

I took a look at the vmf myself, and couldn't find anything unusual. Tell him that if it continues, that he should make the water again.

Make sure it's all 'nodraw' first, then add the water texture on the top face.

Other than that, I can't think of anything sorry.

Have you asked Futon? I am sure he should know. Tell me in a PM what you need to fix, and I will look around on this site for help.
